Responding to the need of recruiting global talent

JAC Recruitment has a large pool of candidates who have both professional and language skills such as English and Chinese. This is because, since our founding in the UK, we have built a proven track record and trust by providing international recruitment consulting services to people who wish to work overseas as well as to those who return to work in Japan after earning an MBA abroad.
We fulfil your recruitment needs for various positions such as overseas personnel (expatriate or local hire), MBA holders and bilingual secretaries, and support your international management and global business.

Service steps

Within 24 hours of you registering a vacancy, we will either introduce candidates or inform you of the availability of candidates.

  • STEP 1

    Applying vacancy / Concluding contract

    Please provide as much information as possible regarding the job vacancy, such as the ideal candidate, the terms of employment and the recruitment background. The contract will be concluded after confirming the details such as the recruitment commission and management of personal information.

  • STEP 2

    Introducing candidates

    We will recommend candidates from our pool of talent based on the conditions received. In addition to the job information, we will communicate your company’s information and confirm their interest.

  • STEP 3

    Interview / Selection

    We will make arrangements for interviews with the candidates. Our consultants will take care of all communication with the candidates, including the scheduling of interviews and notification of the selection results, so you will have less workload during the selection process.

  • STEP 4

    Job offer / Employment / Starting work

    Our consultants will confirm the selected candidate’s intention to join your company. We will then work as an intermediary between you and the selected candidate to negotiate the salary, terms of employment and start date. After confirming the selected candidate’s appointment to your company, we will send you an invoice.

  • STEP 5

    Aftercare

    We will follow-up with both the selected candidate and your company.
