JAC Group's five materialities (Priority Issues to Address)

JAC Group supports the SDGs advocated by the United Nations and is committed to contributing to the realisation of a sustainable society through its businesses. We consider the importance of each global issue toward the development of society from the perspectives of the Group and its stakeholders. JAC Recruitment selects four areas of social challenges where it can contribute to solutions as a recruitment consultancy firm and one where it can contribute to solutions through initiatives that became the foundation of our core businesses as priority issues (materiality). Initiatives to tackle materiality will not only help grow our businesses but also help achieve the SDGs.

Supporting sustainability management in three focus areas to help solve social issues

As diverse social issues such as climate change and human rights issues become more apparent and complex, companies are required to conduct ‘Sustainability Management’, in which they contribute to solving social issues through their business, and increase the resilience of their management and realise sustainable growth. Many companies are working to increase their long-term sustainable corporate value by viewing social issues not only as risks, but also as business opportunities, which can lead to the creation of new businesses.

We support corporate sustainability management through the introduction of human resources. In three of the five materialities, mainly in the areas of ‘’fair society ‘’, ‘’people's health‘’ and ‘’global environmental protection‘’, we introduce human resources who can promote corporate sustainability initiatives and help sustainability-related businesses of clients. The number of such introductions is increasing year by year, and we have accumulated a large number of achievements. In the future, we will continue to actively support our corporate clients in their efforts to solve a wide range of social issues.
