We are proud to announce that our company has been ranked 110th in the World’s Best Companies in Sustainable Growth 2026, jointly selected by TIME magazine (USA) and market research firm Statista. Within the service industry classification, we were placed 11th, and among Japanese companies, we ranked 9th.
The World’s Best Companies in Sustainable Growth 2026 recognises the top 500 companies globally that disclose environmental data, based on evaluations of revenue growth, financial stability, and environmental impact. Statista’s analysts commended our performance for being “solid in terms of growth, highly stable financially, and exceptionally strong in reducing environmental impact.”

We have once again earned a “B” score in the Climate Change category of the assessment conducted by CDP, a non-profit organisation that evaluates and discloses corporate environmental initiatives worldwide.
CDP applies rigorous and proprietary criteria to assess the quality of disclosures, awareness of risks, environmental management, and evidence of best practices. Scores range across eight levels from A to D-, reflecting ambition, target-setting, and actions. A “B” score represents the third-highest rating.
JAC group takes climate change risk seriously and engages in sustainable business operations. Taking guidance from the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), we are establishing a governance framework, identifying and evaluating risks and opportunities to enable strategic planning, managing risks, and setting metrics and targets.

JAC Recruitment received a grade of ‘AA’ in the MSCI ESG Ratings through which the US-based MSCI Inc. ranks the world’s corporations from the standpoint of efforts aimed at ESG and the associated disclosure of information, in December 2023. JAC received MSCI ESG Ratings of ‘AA’ for the first time, and the new rating was upgraded by one level from the previous year’s ‘A’ rating.

MSCI ESG Research provides MSCI ESG Ratings on global public and a few private companies on a scale of AAA (leader) to CCC (laggard), according to exposure to industry-specific ESG risks and the ability to manage those risks relative to peers. JAC was able to obtain a rating upgrade to ‘AA’ for its human capital initiatives in particular.

JAC was awarded the highest three-star rating (third level) in the ‘Eruboshi Certification' system, which is set up by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare to accredit companies that promote the advancement of women.

The ‘Eruboshi Certification’ is a system under which the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare certifies companies that have made excellent efforts to promote the advancement of women, in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement. There are three levels of Eruboshi certification, depending on the number of the five criteria fulfilled: recruitment, continued employment, working hours and other working methods, management ratio, and diverse career paths, and we have fulfilled all five criteria and received the third level of Eruboshi 3-star accreditation.

JAC Recruitment has been recognised under the "2025 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organisation Recognition Program" operated by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Nippon Kenko Kaigi. This certification program awards enterprises engaging in particularly outstanding health and productivity management activities based on initiatives to address health-related issues and health-promotion activities advocated by Nippon Kenko Kaigi. JAC Recruitment has been selected as a Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organisation for eight consecutive years since 2018 in recognition of our ongoing activities throughout the company.

We are proud to announce that our company has been recognised as a Tokyo Sports Promotion Company for FY2025 under the certification programme operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
The "Tokyo Sports Promotion Company" scheme recognises businesses in Tokyo that actively encourage employees to engage in sports activities and contribute to society through sports-related initiatives. Our efforts-such as providing incentives for employees who exercise regularly at least once a week and subsidising sports club membership fees-were highly commended as part of this certification.

For the third year in a row, JAC Recruitment has received the highest rating of Gold in the “PRIDE Index 2025”, an evaluation index for LGBTQ+ and other sexual minority initiatives, formulated by the voluntary organisation “Work with Pride”.
In addition to conducting internal awareness surveys and training for directors, managers and employees, we are also working to promote diversity in society through our business, such as exhibiting at Tokyo Pride and Rainbow Festa in Osaka, expressing support for Business for Marriage Equality, and providing support to LGBTQ+ registrants. We will continue to engage in a variety of activities to create a society in which diverse professionals can thrive.

We have been ranked 9th in ‘SIA’s 2025 Largest Direct Hire Firms Globally’ by Staffing Industry Analysts (“SIA”).
SIA is a global advisor on workforce solutions, providing independent analysis and guidance to organisations, as well as conducting comprehensive research on labour markets worldwide. The ‘SIA’s 2025 Largest Direct Hire Firms Globally’ report features 50 companies that generated at least €17.8 million (US$19.3 million) in global revenue from success-based placements in 2024. According to the report, the combined revenue of these firms reached €6.9 billion (US$7.5 billion), representing approximately 10% of the global market as estimated by SIA.

JAC Recruitment's four service brands, "JAC Recruitment", "JAC Digital", "JAC Executive", and "JAC Career", have been certified as an "Excellent Employment Agency in Job Placement". The certification system is a government-commissioned project accrediting businesses that comply with action guidelines as excellent providers of job placement business, conduct appropriate business operations, make efforts to improve management, and meet certain standards.

The project's purpose is to promote healthy competition in the job placement business and the appropriate matching of job seekers and employers by certifying businesses that meet certain standards in terms of legal compliance and recruitment/retention/matching, so that job seekers can select businesses that are safe and secure, and so that employers can be assured of a certain standard when they select suppliers.

JAC Recruitment has been selected as a constituent company of the JPX-Nikkei Index 400 for the fiscal year 2025 (29 August 2025 - 28 August 2026). This marks the fourth time that the company has been selected, having previously been included in the fiscal years 2018, 2019, and 2024.
The JPX-Nikkei Index 400 is composed of companies with high appeal for investors, which meet requirements of global investment standards, such as efficient use of capital and investor-focused management perspectives. The index is jointly calculated and published by JPX Market Innovation & Research and Nikkei.

FTSE Russell confirms that JAC Recruitment has been independently assessed according to the index criteria, and has satisfied the requirements to become a constituent of the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index. The FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index is used by a wide variety of market participants to create and assess responsible investment funds and other products.
