Received a grade of ‘AA’ in the MSCI ESG Ratings
JAC Recruitment received a grade of ‘AA’ in the MSCI ESG Ratings through which the US-based MSCI Inc. ranks the world’s corporations from the standpoint of efforts aimed at ESG and the associated disclosure of information, in December 2023. JAC received MSCI ESG Ratings of ‘AA’ for the first time, and the new rating was upgraded by one level from the previous year’s ‘A’ rating.
MSCI ESG Research provides MSCI ESG Ratings on global public and a few private companies on a scale of AAA (leader) to CCC (laggard), according to exposure to industry-specific ESG risks and the ability to manage those risks relative to peers. JAC was able to obtain a rating upgrade to ‘AA’ for its human capital initiatives in particular.
Acquired 3 stars, the highest level of the ‘Eruboshi Certification'
JAC was awarded the highest three-star rating (third level) in the ‘Eruboshi Certification' system, which is set up by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare to accredit companies that promote the advancement of women.
The ‘Eruboshi Certification’ is a system under which the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare certifies companies that have made excellent efforts to promote the advancement of women, in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement.
There are three levels of Eruboshi certification, depending on the number of the five criteria fulfilled: recruitment, continued employment, working hours and other working methods, management ratio, and diverse career paths, and we have fulfilled all five criteria and received the third level of Eruboshi 3-star accreditation.
Recognised under the "2024 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organisation Recognition Program"
JAC Recruitment has been recognised under the "2024 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organisation Recognition Program" operated by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Nippon Kenko Kaigi. This certification program awards enterprises engaging in particularly outstanding health and productivity management activities based on initiatives to address health-related issues and health-promotion activities advocated by Nippon Kenko Kaigi. JAC Recruitment has been selected as a Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization for seven consecutive years since 2018 in recognition of our ongoing activities throughout the company.
Awarded the highest rating of 'Gold' in the PRIDE Index 2024
For the third year in a row, JAC Recruitment has received the highest rating of Gold in the “PRIDE Index 2024”, an evaluation index for LGBTQ+ and other sexual minority initiatives, formulated by the voluntary organisation “Work with Pride”.
In addition to conducting internal awareness surveys and training for directors, managers and employees, we are also working to promote diversity in society through our business, such as exhibiting at Tokyo Rainbow Pride, expressing support for Business for Marriage Equality, and providing support to LGBTQ+ registrants. We will continue to engage in a variety of activities to create a society in which diverse professionals can thrive.

JAC Recruitment's 4 service brands certified as "Excellent Employment Agency in Job Placement"
JAC Recruitment's four service brands, "JAC Recruitment", "JAC Digital", "JAC Executive", and "JAC Career", have been certified as an "Excellent Employment Agency in Job Placement".
The certification system is a government-commissioned project accrediting businesses that comply with action guidelines as excellent providers of job placement business, conduct appropriate business operations, make efforts to improve management, and meet certain standards.
The project's purpose is to promote healthy competition in the job placement business and the appropriate matching of job seekers and employers by certifying businesses that meet certain standards in terms of legal compliance and recruitment/retention/matching, so that job seekers can select businesses that are safe and secure, and so that employers can be assured of a certain standard when they select suppliers.

Selected as a constituent company of the "JPX-Nikkei Index 400"
JAC Recruitment has been selected as a constituent company of the JPX-Nikkei Index 400 for the fiscal year 2024 (30 August 2024 - 28 August 2025).
This marks the third time that the company has been selected, having previously been included in the 2018 and 2019 fiscal years.
The JPX-Nikkei Index 400 is composed of companies with high appeal for investors, which meet requirements of global investment standards, such as efficient use of capital and investor-focused management perspectives. The index is jointly calculated and published by JPX Market Innovation & Research and Nikkei.
Selected a constituent of the "FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index"
JAC Recruitment is a selected constituent of the FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index, one of the ESG investment indices used by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF), the world's largest institutional investor.
FTSE Russell confirms that JAC Recruitment has been independently assessed according to the index criteria, and has satisfied the requirements to become a constituent of the FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index. The FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index is used by a wide variety of market participants to create and assess responsible investment funds and other products.
