JAC was established in London in 1975 to support Japanese professionals expanding their careers in the UK. Building on that mission we entered the Japanese market in 1988, with a strong focus on introducing global talent and professionals with highly specialised expertise, especially to international and foreign capital companies.


Since then, we have steadily grown our presence and impact. In 2006, we were listed on JASDAQ. This was followed by a market shift to the Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section in 2015, and to the Prime Market in 2022 as part of its structural reorganisation. Our mission remains unchanged: contributing to the growth of individuals, companies, economies, and societies on a global level by connecting aspirations. That mission continues to earn the trust of both organisations and professionals and drives our progress as a leader in the recruitment industry.
