Overseas Careers

Build Your Career on a Global Stage

At JAC Recruitment, our consultants work closely with both companies and professionals seeking new opportunities. In our overseas offices, consultants leverage their understanding of local business cultures and talent markets to deliver solutions from a truly global perspective. This is a highly challenging and rewarding environment where you can apply your experience, expertise, and knowledge while engaging deeply with diverse values and business practices.

Our strength lies in supporting the recruitment and career transitions of high-caliber professionals, including specialists and management-level talent. We go beyond simple job matching, providing strategic consulting to clients, such as defining hiring requirements and advising on compensation packages that reflect local market standards and cultural considerations.

This environment is ideal for individuals who aspire to expand their expertise globally. Many of our mid-career hires in overseas offices have successfully utilised their prior professional knowledge while creating new value through direct engagement with local executive leadership.

At JAC Recruitment, we value both individual capability and team collaboration. While fostering independence as professionals, we also cultivate a culture of mutual support across borders. Experienced professionals inspire and learn from one another, creating an environment where individual growth drives organisational success.

The experience you gain at JAC will bring new value to your career.

What Makes Our Overseas Team Stand Out?

To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant overseas, prior experience in the recruitment industry is not always required. Of course, those with consulting experience often adapt more quickly and may have an advantage when it comes to visa acquisition. However, at JAC Recruitment, many of our top-performing consultants in international offices began their careers with us without prior experience in the recruitment field.

Professionals with a background in sales or client-facing roles, those who have built strong relationships with corporate clients and delivered on high expectations possess qualities that translate exceptionally well into recruitment consulting. Skills such as problem-solving, proposal development, and effective communication are powerful assets in any global business environment.

We also value individuals who can think independently and take initiative, even with limited guidance; those who can manage multiple tasks in a structured and efficient manner, and those who understand the importance of sharing information openly with colleagues and maintaining direct, transparent communication. These qualities enable our consultants to perform at a high level and expand their opportunities within our overseas offices.
