Responsibilities	・Build and develop new business relationships with multinational clients ・Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and workforce planning ・Identify, engage, and connect top-tier talent with client needs ・Oversee the full offer process, including negotiations between clients and candidates ・Build and maintain strong industry networks to stay updated on market trends
Requirements	・Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field ・Professional demeanour and strong interest in the recruitment industry ・Self-motivated with a passion for career growth and development ・Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
